Corporate Social Responsibility Consultancy (CSR) aims at assisting the Corporate to identify “Need Based,” projects to engage with the communities in which the Corporate operates its business activities.

AIMS studies the community, its available human capital the quality of skilled and unskilled labour and accordingly designs projects which ensure sustainability for the rural community and a healthy investment for the corporate. AIMS thus strives to find positive ways to engage with the communities in which the business operates.

This unit aims at rendering skilled and unskilled services to various companies, and government/private Organisations.

• Networked with, Hindustan Petroleum Gas
  (CSR) Team on, Village Development Project for the Dhangar Community in Latambarseum Panchayat in Bicholim.

• Networked with Hindustan Cocoa cola Ltd., Verna
  in coordinating with SHG Women in rendering laundry services (Washing & Ironing of Uniforms) to the Company.

• Networked with Hindustan Coca-Cola Ltd., Verna
  in employing 8 women in the sewing activity for 3 months (Seasonal Period).

• Employed 2 Staff for Le Hotel Magnifique - Porvorim.

• Employed women in varied fields like Beauty Care, Nursing & Catering.

• Networked with A Lila Diva, Betalbatim
  in coordinating with Farmers Club, SHGs & Artisian for providing organic veggies, name plates, files, folders and other goan delicacies.

• Networked with Kasturba Matoshri School
  and SHGs (trained in Garment Manufacturing) for their Annual Gathering, 150 costumes.

• Networked with Hotels for Uniforms, Approns and Caps for its employees. Hindustan Coca-Cola Ltd-Verna in employing 8 women in the sewing activity for 3 months (Seasonal Period).

• Networking with A Lila Diva – Betalbatim in providing Organic Veggies, Handicraft Items , Momentoes , name plates, files, folders and Other Goan Delicacies.

• The 12 women from Saveivera – Ponda, are regular suppliers of Jute Files to Organisation like GIRDA, State Bank Of India, NABARD etc

• Our Artisans Groups are a regular suppliers of Shell Bouquet, Cotton Folders/Files, Hand Made Writing Pads, Envelopes, Mementoes to Organisations like NABARD, GIRDA, State Bank Of India – Panjim Branch, Hotel A Lila Diva .
