AIMS in its marketing research identified that the exotic vegetables had a big market in the 5 Star Hotels. To experiment its feasibility in the Goan soil we planned to conduct sample cultivation. Our enterprising Farmer Mrs. Esmerlinda. Fernandes , agreed to take the challenge. She sowed the seeds of exotic vegetables like Basil, Yellow Pepper, Purple Cabbage, Cheery Tomatoes, Aspegras, Brocylli and carrot. This cultivation was done using organic techniques. Her dedicated efforts and her love for farming made the campaign successful
