Project Udaan is a consulting service, aiming to take the flight of the rural services to the urban market, while keeping its root in the villages and providing assistance, to develop these services in par with the urban demand.

The project thus bridges between the unemployed skilled/unskilled workers and the organization. It endeavors to understand the corporate needs providing a professional approach, ensuring that the right person is recruited for the right job.

Project Udaan’s Consulting Service aims at building the “ Rural Unemployed Youth” to meet the requirements of the job market. Helps the Youth in developing the skill to be the ….“The Right Person, For The Right Job”.

Under this project AIMS plans to assimilate data on human resource available in the rural areas, so as to have a data base which could be made available to various industries, according to their requirements and the profile of the candidates. As the unit aims to cater to every youth literate/illiterate, trained/untrained, educated/uneducated, it enhances the opportunity of making the profile of every rural unemployed/employed individual accessible to the urban industries.

To assist the youth to qualify in the interviews AIMS imparts soft skill training and skills training to the large mass of Graduates/undergraduates/low grade graduates and others to improve their working skills and managerial abilities, so as to qualify in the corporate/private sector job market or start their own enterprise.

• Hindustan Coca-Cola Ltd-Verna in employing 8 women in the Sieving activity for 3 months (Seasonal Period).

• Employed Staff for Le Hotel Magnifique- Porvorim.

• Employed 12 ladies in varied fields like Beauty Care, Nursing & Teaching.
