This unit aims at developing soft skills in Youth & Women's through capacity building. It aims to empower the under-privileged women & Youth in their community and to re-asses their way of life, their attitudes and values in the context of the changing circumstances so as to positively channelized their potentials.

Conducted awareness program on capacity building on varied topics including health, education, Girl Child, Domestic Violence, Adolescent Counseling etc

Liaised with Organisation like GIRDA, MSME, AGNELS, EDC, DON BOSCO, NABARD in training AWW, PRI’s , Self Help Groups, Farmers, Youth & Children.
